It's so wierd and cool! when I read it, I hear him talking in my head, even though I've never heard him say most of those words. I guess his voice is burned in my brain....Everyone probably does it, but i just noticed, (why do I mention stupid stuff like that?)
Anyway....More Awesome than the last, my Fav page so far. I like the backround with the spaltery words, very cool.
Except one thing....In the 1st panel, Drakken's ear is empty on the inside. But this rocks so much, the little things don't matter.
Fav Part:...Umm....Hard to pick on this one. But I just love Dr. D in panel 1....Ah but I love panel 2, with the glaring, and Shego's devilish grin in 3. "Gah! I don't know!" (Look at all page 3 again)....

I love the fact that Drakken has specific rules for hovering. I'm also loving the way you do Shego's expressions... from one of the earlier pages where she was caught off guard and covering it up to now when she's plotting something that's sure to mean trouble for Drakken, its all gold.

*ROFL* omg the ranting about hovering in the first pannel is priceless! Ya know, perfect Drakken style...that's soo him...and the look on Shego's face is hilarious.

I have to agree that this is one of the best pages, I love the panels at the bottom...specially the 3rd one...Shego's devilish grin is SOO her, and of course Drakken knows that some evilness is comin'
