Well really, what else is he supposed to use to keep himself awake for those long nights of evil, villainous, world-domination-related plotting? Sheesh.
And he's a bad guy above illegal substance abuse, alright? Don't go there.
Haha, anywho. Sweet mother of God, this picture was HELL! It was so fun to draw, then it turned into a nightmare on the computer! Drakken is, for some reason, very hard to color for me... it's odd. Especially with the mugs and the wings and the stamps and the duster on the rope thingy.
I even tried to do my own background for once... then scrapped it for one from some KP episode. MUCH easier, and a lot more visually pleasing, let me tell you.
Notes:
Check out the stamps... maybe you can recognize the images on them... If they're not too pixilated.

The combination of elements born from his hair-brained scheming are really funny. I know he's up to something, but I couldn't begin to imagine what... In fact, this reminds me of a fanfic I read where an overworked Drakken had a breakdown and Shego sent him to a resort.
The stamps are just great... we've got Rappin' Drakken and the Mister Pottie logo. We've even got one of Kim and Ron hugging (further reinforcing my assertment that Drakken's a KxR shipper).

AH! I love the stamps--I can see Kim and Ron hugging, Shego "attacking" Drakken--perchance an offhand kiss??, Rappin Drakken, aaand the last one I'm having difficulty interpreting.
STILL! That is so much fun! Shego and Drakken look just like themselves, if not even better!

(Runs into a frighteningly angry Shego, who grabs him)
Shego: Read my lips... NO. MORE. COFFEE.
Drakken: (Puts both fingers on the sides of his nose, smiles, shrieks, and falls backward onto the ground)
Agh. That was a bit long winded... Especially for an explaination that only really makes sense to myself... heh.
